TRANS>editions announces the
release of (NOTHING) by Stefan Brüggemann, to be presented
at the Frieze Art Fair in London, booth M14.
Continuing the linguistic operations
and deploying the look of conceptualism Stefan Bruggemann brings
to light a word (NOTHING) floating on a plywood wall that closes
off the TRANS> booth at the Frieze Art Fair.
about the artist>
Stefan Brüggemann was born
in 1972 in Mexico. His solo shows include: "Stefan Brüggemann"
Galeria de arte Mexicano, Mexico, "Capitalism and Schizophrenia",
offsite project at the ICA London, UK; "Against International
Standards" 24/7 Gallery, UK, and "This Is Not Supposed
To Be Here", Museum of Installation, UK. In September, Bruggemann
had a four day exhibition at I-20 Gallery, New York (with Gonzalo
Lebrija). His next exhibition in New York with I-20 is in April
2004.
