Project Room: Leah Gilliam, Apeshit @ Thread Waxing Space

TRANS> arts.cultures.media is pleased to introduce its new program Project Rooms supported by a grant from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. Project Rooms is dedicated to document and deepen understanding of the work of young and emerging artists. Project Rooms acts as a catalogue exhibition/artist book. Each Project Rooms will have a different format and will be accompanied with an essay by a curator. Project Rooms will be published in conjunction wit the artist's exhibition held at a non-profit contemporary exhibition space in the US or abroad. The program has its origins in a recognition that most exhibitions of emerging artists tend not to be supported by publications, even when shows are organized by major contemporary art museums.
